Charlie Rupert
CEO at Singh Vision Systems (SVS) responsible for business development, program development and supply chain orchestration.
Charlie has 20 years of professional experience from Design, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain to deep university relationships in both engineering and business curriculums.
Prior to SVS, Charlie held leadership positions in operations, purchasing and supply chain roles in prominent auto tier 1’s as well as oversight of capital equipment in solar, semi and chemical industries approaching a billion dollars annually. Operational positions included (auto tier 1); industrial engineering, lean six sigma, plant and operations management as well as a German expat assignment. Key automotive lighting experience was gained at Magneti Marelli with responsibility for purchasing and supplier quality for the NAFTA region.
Charlie holds patents granted or pending in a number of segments from manufacturing processes to product patents around light weighting technologies.
Charlie, has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Management with an ISM minor from Western Michigan University (#2 & #5 programs ranked nationally) and a Master in Business from the University of Michigan.
In his spare time, Charlie sits on the advisory boards of the ISM and Engineering Management programs at Western Michigan.

Michael F. Pickholz
Key Intellectual Property at Singh Vision Systems (SVS)
Michael has 30 years of expertise in Engineering, Program Management and Product development of Automotive Lighting products and technologies. Specializes on the identification, development and adoption of cutting-edge illumination and vision systems technologies, whether LED, Laser, OLED, LiDAR, RADAR, Cameras (visual spectrum and infrared), etc., which support the parallel advancement in automotive illumination technologies and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)/AV (Automated Vehicle) sensor developments.
Michael is also singularly focused on lightweight designs as well as vehicle systems integration and simplification, realizing early on that the incorporation of advanced, high performance lighting systems and sensors would come with a significant weight as well as power consumption penalties, a clear detriment to vehicle performance, emissions and cost. He has pioneered the effective application of Magnesium Thixomolding (Magnesium Injection Molding) to LED lighting as well as the integration of lighting onto the vehicle structure, hence achieving major simultaneous weight and cost reductions coupled with significant cooling performance, packaging as well as additional tangible benefits.
He has also authored a patent in the field of In-Wheel Motors (electric motors placed directly within the vehicle wheel), which are now emerging on multiple new vehicle designs.
Past experience includes senior positions at various Tier-1 and Tier-2 lighting automotive suppliers.
Michael holds a Bachelors of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (BEME) from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NY.

Jas has Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University and Masters in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University. Jas has 10 years of professional experience in banking, financial planning, management, product development, and marketing.
Jas is also the owner of Singh Automation, LLC.
Jas is the member of Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and Women Minority Board.
